Eikenhof Trust het 2 privaatkoshuise, naamlik Eikenhof Hostel en Eikenhof Manor, wat huisvesting bied aan 82 damestudente.
Beide koshuise is sentraal geleë, binne stapafstand van Kampus van die Universiteit van Stellenbosch.
Akademie geniet prioriteit en studente is betrokke by alle universiteitsbedrywighede.
